SILK Laser Clinics

After using SILK facial products for quite some time and noticing the visible difference, I recently attended SILK Innaloo for Cool Sculpting. The technician was very informative about the process and with what to expect after treatment. I was well looked after, from the moment I walked through the doors till the end of the treatment. Thank you to all the ladies for your excellent customer service and quality treatment.

Nurse Kylie is amazing. Incredibly kind and gentle and her advice is spot on. I’m so pleased with the outcome of my treatment. I highly recommend Kylie and her team

I went to this clinic and it’s my 2nd appointment with them. I feel disappointed with their customer service and their treatment. I paid for my facial laser treatment that takes at-least 13-18 mins but what they did they just finish in 6 mins and haven’t done razor properly and haven’t done laser properly. When I was visit them first time they did very well. And I purchase package of 6 treatments and on my second visit this happened with me.Really disappointed.Honestly am not recommending anyone to visit them.

I had an appointment for the first time yesterday at the Innaloo branch and received a feedback form by email this morning.I marked the experience as ‘not great’ by mistake but I couldn’t change the rating after the fact and it also doesn’t give an option for qualitative feedback to support the rating.The therapist I had, Holly, was amazing - knowledgeable, caring, competent, professional and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Her attitude was sincerely appreciated as I was nervous about having the treatment for the first time.Unfortunately, the receptionist took an approach of surliness and it came across as having a dislike for her job and having to assist me with the aftercare purchase and in general. I assume this could come from a heavy KPI driven environment where these employees have to sell these aftercare packages with a front of “we don’t force you to buy anything of course but we can’t treat you properly if you don’t”? Or maybe she was just having a bad day? Hope it was the latter…

Silk Laser Innaloo, a few years ago used to be a very professional and efficient salon, but lately its been lacking good customer service.I was 5 minutes late to an afternoon appointment so the Receptionist told me I could no longer be seen (totally understandable).I re-booked for the very first appointment in the morning and I waited 20 minutes for my appointment.The Technician was apologetic for the lateness.I understand having to be on time for appointments but perhaps the late policy needs to be amended for both clients & staff.Also, the online booking system is useless, you still need to call up to book - also useless because four times I have contacted Silk Innaloo there has been no answer after being on hold for 5+ minutes.

Name may be different due to privacy reasons. I would just like to say that SILK laser clinic's head honcho is disgusting with their customer service. Due to an incident at silk laser clinics, Innaloo- where the centre manager was antagonising me into an argument, they have banned me from receiving any treatments at any of their franchises. They waited until half an hour before my appointment, after I had already gotten time off work to ring me to say I had been banned" from all clinics and my appt had been cancelled. That day they cost me money

Such an amazing facial today! Mel is so knowledgeable, she explained everything clearly and in great detail. I was very impressed!! I was running late to my appointment but not once did I feel rushed, I really felt like Mel was interested in my skin and giving the best results and recommendations. I look forward to my next treatment. Thank you so much!! :-)

The worst service I haven ever gotten! I bought 10 appointments from them and NEVER once did they tell me these would expire. I only knew the few I had left were expired when they called me up to tell me they expired... This feels like a scam! Don't go there!

Definitely not happy with their customer service anymore.I used to come to this clinic for more than 8 months and I was happy with their services. Recently they not as polite as they used to be. Not sure what have changed.Today the lady was arguing with me for more than 15 minutes to do not complete my 45 minutes appointment, just because I was late for 10 minutes.I was like yeah I’m happy to have the rest of my appointment which was 25 minutes, but she went up and down to do not do my job as I was requested.Finally her manger came and she was like yeah that’s absolutely fine without any argument.Finally they ended up to do a 15 minutes session instead of 25 minutes that I was paid for.I won’t come back to this place after my pre-purchased sessions finishes, and don’t recommend them anymore.P.S.If I haven't removed my feedback here, it means the clinic haven't had any follow up on my behalf.
